We retained the services of Mr. Pettus to acquire a renewal of an E2 Investor Visa which due to the circumstances and changes within our corporate structure was a difficult and rather confusing renewal application. We had retained the services of the attorney who applied for and obtained the original E2 (so there was a complete history of the application) he advised that it was not possible to obtain the renewal- that was not an option for us. We were given a referral to Mr.Pettus. After our original discussions, we provided Mr. Pettus with all of the documentation he requested, together with the necessary retainer. Within a very short time, the “difficult and unattainable” renewal was in our hands, complete.
